2. Primary Interview: After reviewing the resumes, we will select some candidates for an initial interview. Depending on the profile, this stage may include a technical interview, where you’ll have the opportunity to face a practical challenge with our development lead — a highly experienced professional and a reference in the field.
3. Final Interview: Candidates who stand out in the previous stages will be invited to a final interview with the business lead, whom you’ll be working closely with. In this conversation, we’ll cover topics like your personal life, ambitions, and other interpersonal skills that are essential for our collaborative environment.
4. Final Decision: After all interviews are completed, we will make a careful evaluation and communicate the final decision to all candidates.
